My father started as a cinematographer in the early 90s, and I started by charging batteries for him. We eventually began working together, and I fell in love with the craft.

I've been working in video production for close to a decade now. In that time, I've learned that anyone can pick up a camera and film something. What separates good work from great work isn't the gear or the shot list—it's understanding what you're actually trying to achieve.

Metrics matter, but only if they're tied to the right goal. Whether you're trying to reach a specific audience, generate revenue, shift perception, or build trust with your stakeholders, the work has to serve that outcome. That's where I focus: results that align with what you're building, not just what looks good in a highlight reel.
